Paige’s Espresso Martini ☕️✨
Ingredients
* 2 oz coffee or freshly brewed espresso (cooled)
* 2 oz Belvedere vodka
* 1 oz Kahlúa
* A splash of Baileys Irish Cream
* Ice
Instructions
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the coffee or espresso, vodka, Kahlúa, and a splash of Baileys.
3. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Garnish with a few coffee beans, if desired.
Paige’s Tip: If you’re using espresso, let it cool slightly before shaking to get that perfect creamy foam on top. Cheers!
