About Making Tracks Music Podcast
In Making Tracks, Thomas Kam Meadley interviews music makers about their musical and personal journeys, and the story behind one of their songs. Thomas spent 9 months in isolation with leukaemia, during which he realised how much music can help us through hard times, make sense of our experiences, and to feel connected to others. He now invites us to explore the meaning of music, and its importance in our lives. Funded by Youth Music as part of Making Tracks, a partnership project between Trinity, Bristol, Basement Studios and Aspiration Creation Elevation (ACE)

Beginning with a discussion of one of the musician’s own songs, they go on to explore their relationship with music, and such diverse topics as spirituality, science and society.
