Whether pharmaceutically or holistically, medication is designed to heal the symptom of an identified problem. Medication and Meditation is a podcast between two sisters who decided to explain how life’s most random moments transformed key areas of their lives. Through thought-provoking conversations surrounding healing and accountability, the goal is to challenge and encourage ourselves, as well as our listeners, to challenge our thinking so we can operate in the best versions of self.
