Hello my lovelies, It's been a tough past couple weeks for me in terms of studies and catching up with it. So i decided to make a short podcast letter on everything that i keep telling myself whenever things get too much. I hope it gives you a sense of comfort too.  * it’s all about finding balance in your new stage or chapter in life. it may look daunting at the start but always remind yourself whether it be verbally or you make it as a virtual wallpaper that small steps will make big changes. * it is daunting to start off on a new adventure, a new place that is strange with people that are even stranger but remember that you don’t have to change yourself to fit into their standards of living. You pave the way to your own standard yourself. you don’t need to chase, you don’t need to persevere, you certainly don’t need to compare. * cry it out when you feel like you can’t handle it anymore, have an outlet to vent out your feelings like the gym or writing it down or call a friend and ask them to listen to your worries  * but remember that a bad day does not equal to a bad life., a new day gives you a new opportunity to turns things around * Remember to always be kind to yourself and take rest when you need it With lots of support to be a better you, Asyeera x Feel free to reach out to me whenever!
