Mirrors of Myself
As a Buddhist, I grew up hearing that the highest goal is Nibbana — freedom from the cycle of rebirth. But in this episode, I reflect on something simpler: Meditation is also for people who just want a little calm. You don’t need to be spiritually advanced. You don’t need long hours. Even counting your breath from 1 to 8 can be a beginning. We explore forgiveness, loving-kindness, and how peace can be practiced slowly — in our own way.
