This week I chill with Casey Graff, drummer for Vendetta Spoken. We cruise back to his first ride a 91 Oldsmobile Achieva and his days as a wild punk kid growing up in Northern Minnesota. Casey opens up about dealing with anxiety and stage fright, how he first fell in love with drumming, and rejoining Vendetta Spoken to record a brand new EP after a 10 year hiatus. We reminisce about simpler times, dive into the lasting value of physical media, and our dependence on electronic devices.

Greta Sandel joins me to share her beginnings starting with her first car a 67 Chevy truck and her deep roots in the local arts scene. Greta began acting at just nine years old with Dakota Stage and discovered her passion for theater and dance. Since then she's done acting, dance, improv, choreography, ballet, sketch comedy, and costume work.
