My body is in such a bad mood!

Why am I doing this

My personal feeling is that we still talk too little about our own experiences with menopause symptoms to each other. Even while talking to close female friends, menopause and its challenges is hardly a topic. I was surprised by the menopause quite unprepared and for the first couple of years did not even think about menopause, hormones and insomnia at all. As a consequence, I went on a odysee to find the reason for my not-so-wellbeing-anymore.
