Initially involved in the sale of new-construction homes and condominiums, he later broadened his real estate career to include property management and development roles. Prior to joining Kiawah Island Real Estate, he focused on residential brokerage and development in downtown Charleston, where he lives with his wife Carolyn, son Mac, and daughter Mimi. His involvement in the new home construction process, among other projects, has given him a deep understanding of how the new home process works, from the initial site selection through planning and construction.
