What is Differentiation?

Differentiation is proving to be the number one area of refinement for teachers in the state of Texas in the T-TESS appraisal platform. What does that mean? It means teachers are not varying their lessons to capture and connect with their students well enough and consequently students are feeling disconnected from the schools. In this episode we discuss what truly is differentiation and how we as teachers can better serve our students needs.

Be Curious, Not Judgemental

In a follow up to last week's episode about "Why We Teach?", I find myself asking more questions about this subject. So we explore the experiences you are creating for your students and what you are getting out of this on a daily basis. Are you looking at others asking how they do what they do? Are you creating memories for yourself and your students or are you just saying you can't do this because of X, Y , and Z. Me suscribi con los 14 días de prueba para escuchar el Podcast de Misterios Cotidianos, pero al final me quedo mas tiempo porque hacia tiempo que no me reía tanto. Tiene Podcast muy buenos y la aplicación funciona bien.
