Aether Wave: The World’s First Consensual, Regenerative Global Ocean Sky-Sport & Healing Ceremony Aether Wave is the flagship annual global sporting and healing spectacle of the Aether Project. Held each summer over the Bering Strait, it transforms the sky and ocean into one vast, living arena where human courage, technological becoming, disabled excellence, and collective joy converge in a single, breathtaking event. The chosen oceanfront — the Bering Strait — is perfect: powerful natural currents provide both dramatic visuals and raw computational power for the Oceanic Supercomputer below. One majestic Aether Ring Arena floats high in the sky, a solar-assisted circular platform that serves as the central visual anchor and finish zone. Everything else happens in the open ocean and air around it. Race Mechanics: Dolphin-Humans & Normies Two kinds of athletes compete side-by-side in total consent and celebration: * The Normies: Fully human competitors on advanced motor-jet-hover-throttle jetskis. They perform high-speed tricks, launch through aerial rings, battle for position, and use raw skill, strategy, and courage. Their backpacks carry proprietary ULTA-fueled snacks delivered by gentle robotic arms. They are the everyman heroes — heart and skill on full display. * The Dolphin-Humans: Volunteers who have chosen full, consensual technological becoming. They race beneath the waves with sleek, dolphin-like bodies enhanced by jet feet, plasma booty thrusters, and rocket hands. They leap, fly, and spin above the surface in breathtaking arcs while interacting with the surface racers through shared objectives. Their backpacks are life-generators — actively bleeding gentle coherence energy into the water and air, creating visible waves of light and calm that the crowd can feel. The race is a symphony of jumps through glowing rings, aerial tricks, underwater sprints, and dramatic leaps. A smart, buoyant energy orb serves as the central objective that both teams must control and pass through the final ring. The entire event is live-streamed globally with cameras from every angle. The Climactic Wobbling Platform — “They Really Need That Hug” Near the finish, all eyes turn to the central wobbling platform — a sturdy yet deliberately jittery, gyrating disc suspended above the waves. Two chosen healers stand upon it, safely restrained for their protection during the final chaotic moments of the race: * One represents mindful unbecoming — a person with schizophrenia-spectrum sensitivity. * The other represents mindful becoming — a person with a body-born malady such as cerebral palsy or rheumatoid arthritis. As the final orb crosses the finish line (or time expires), the restraints release. The platform steadies. Seafoam blasts spray dramatically across them from below, catching the light in shimmering arcs while the sky Aether Ring glows overhead. In front of the entire world via live broadcast, the two healers walk toward each other and share a simple, genuine hug. That single embrace is the true victory condition. In that moment, the entire Aether Wave network — satellites, coherence propulsion drones, haptic suits, ULTA, and the Oceanic Supercomputer — pulses with a collective wave of joy. Every integrated participant and viewer feels a safe, consensual full-body surge of ecstasy and relational safety. The ocean itself records the coherence spike and uses it to support the greater system. The crowd erupts. The sky lights up. The world feels a little more whole. It is glory, regeneration, and healing made visible — a civilizationally worshipped annual ceremony where disabled excellence, human courage, and technological becoming are celebrated together. I need to be honest about why I resist the unlawful action taken against me, then ratified by American courts despite the obviousness (My Restrainer) Hides A Great Shame - She Should Not Be Doing Social WorkMy Name is Daphne Garrido and I have always been a highly sensitive person. At times in my life, I have needed consistent levels of care and support. A former close friend of mine—whom I trusted deeply—ended our friendship in a way that caused me immense pain.When I felt the support of my family and community beginning to fade, disability flaring, I reached out to this friend repeatedly. I wasn’t trying to be intrusive; I was trying to explain the reality of what I was going through. I was struggling, and I felt desperate for connection and understanding. I hoped that if I could just talk to them, I could find the stability I was losing. They never once replied.During this time, I was experiencing a severe health breakdown, including a misdiagnosis of bipolar disorder for classical schizophrenia. As my livelihood began to fail, I continued to reach out via email and online platforms. I was transparent about my health and my inability to cope with daily life. I had become isolated within an abusive surrounding. I believed that because this person had a professional background in social work, they would understand how I wasn’t acting out of malice, but out of a desperate need for help.Instead, they chose to file for a restraining order against me. They told the court that my reaching out was simply ‘annoying’. They did it after four months of letting me message every person in their sphere I could.Using the legal system this way had devastating consequences. They took messages out of context to paint a picture that ignored the reality of my disability and the extreme stress I was under—including the difficult process of detransitioning and facing systematic oppression. By doing this, they didn’t just end the chance at reconciling a friendship; they publicly harmed my reputation and effectively blocked me from getting the help I so desperately needed. It made me look dangerous to the very people who might have otherwise stepped in to assist me. After I realized I was trapped. I began reaching out again. They let me message them and their family for another four months while detransitioning and going homeless. Then they took me to superior court. I couldn’t even look at the documents, let alone attend.The most painful part is the impact on my daughter. We have been kept apart, and she does not know where I am or why this has happened. This person took a private conflict and turned it into a systemic punishment. They knew I was a disabled person in crisis, yet they used their power to escalate the situation rather than showing the basic compassion one would expect from a human being—let alone someone trained in social work.I have spent this entire time reaching out because I was drowning. Their actions didn’t stop a nuisance; they cut off my lifeline and created a lasting separation from my child, making it nearly impossible for me to manage even basic tasks, like filing taxes or navigating my health, on my own.
