Taryn talks about the mental challenges of leaving her baby so soon, finding a daycare for, and pumping at work. She cares deeply about creating a family legacy, and it make the time investment of having a bunch of crazy toddlers worth it for the impact they can make in the future. In thid episode she gives us a peek into what drives her in the hardest moments in her chaotic house. She also opens up about walking through the grief of walking through loss, while mothering the children brought into this world, how to parent each kid differently, why she loves creating more siblings, and so much more She also gives us insight on two things she just doesn't do as a mom... She also is one of the few people I know that boldly shares about how dark and twisty it can be when your hormones shift after giving birth to a baby... whether its your 1st or fifth kid! Birth Story - Megan - Redemptive VBAC, Homebirth, Healing wounds from previous birth, Toddlers at Birth

The birth of my first daughter was a whirlwind that ended up in an emergency C-section… the birth of my second daughter healed every wound and every moment that I wasn’t able to be present in before. Sharing these intimate moments is really vulnerable… but my hope is that it shows people that labor and birth, when left undisturbed, can unfold beautifully.Call me crazy but I LOVED every minute and can’t wait to do it again. I am so glad I got to sit down with my doula and talk through it all! Lastly - I want to thank my husband, my midwives, my doula, my birth photographer, my mom & sister, and ALL the amazing providers who contributed to me experiencing this beautiful birth.
