We always hear that success is rooted in doing the same things every day, no matter what. But what if you’re not built like that? What if your life, your body, your brain, and your values demand a different rhythm? I talk about losing my best friend from high school and how that grieving process has mirrored the loss of a romantic partner. Sometimes, it hits even harder. This episode isn’t about answers. It’s about naming the feelings we’re taught to ignore and honoring the love that still lingers, even when the relationship has shifted or ended.
