Mia was born in Western PEI and ended up all over Canada with her mental illness and addiction in in full force. Sexually assaulted, intimidated and broken, she left and started healing. She is in a BC trauma centre telling her story.

Lauren, from Lau's Healthy life talking about all things food related, her early struggle with food, how it started so innocently and became a cycle of guilt and shame. She telling us how how she healed (naturally) and what inspired her to pursue a career as a Naturopath. How she comes up with her recipes and what's next for her! We had so much fun.
