With the 2026 Open drawing to a close we caught up with Co-Founder of CrossFit Disruption - Ben Needham-Holmes.  In this episode the self-professed CrossFit Stan and metalhead (yes this surprised us too!) gives his thoughts on this year's open, discusses the high and lows of running an affiliate and shares his experience of balancing a long-term health condition with a fiercely competitive nature.

Episode 15 - Kelly Morris

In this episode we chat to Kelly Morris. Kelly is an avid CrossFitter, co-owner of Hotpod Yoga Birmingham and soon to be marathon runner.  Kelly would be the first to admit that running hasn't always been her favourite activity but is ready to take on the physical and mental challenge as part of #TeamBowelCancerUK. Last year, one of Kelly's best friends, Rachel, was diagnosed with bowel cancer. Rach was 35 when she was diagnosed and on maternity leave with her son; Noah. On the day she was due to return to work she instead spent it having her first round of chemotherapy.
