Ocean Breath is a guided meditation and dharma talk exploring Ujjayi Pranayama, one of the foundational breathing practices of yoga. Known as Ocean Breath or Victorious Breath, Ujjayi creates a soft, rhythmic sound that helps anchor the mind in the present moment.
