Deeper Solutions and Understanding Ourselves

In this episode we share the importance of understanding oneself on a deeper level. We share deeper solutions, different resources, tools and ways we’ve explored in hopes that it can support you to. Understanding yourself can be really illuminating and useful knowledge that can help you to embrace your true nature. We have a conversation about these resources and what we’ve learnt about ourselves and how they have helped us work with ourselves instead of against. These tools can also shed light on helping you understand others you are in connection with which can greatly enhance and grow your relationships. Things we cover: * Human Design - What is it and how knowing our energy type has helped us. We discuss our individual human designs and our experiences in applying some of this knowledge to our lives.  * How resources come to you at exactly the right time for you and when you need it. * How we as souls choose our exact date of birth and time we arrive here as a template for who we are and who we are here to become. * Gene Keys - We share our experiences of working with The Gene Keys. The power of contemplation and looking at shadow aspects of self. Highlighting aspects of self that are unconscious. Transmuting shadows into a gift. * As empaths we find it difficult enough to know what is going on in our internal world. We share how valuable it is to have an explanation to energies you experience internally.  * How these resources provide a reference point for you to orientate and align with your original self.  * Numerology - life path numbers. How your birthdate holds a particular frequency that can give insight to information that can guide you into alignment with yourself. We discuss our own life path numbers and share our challenges in embracing our life path number. * Numerology - Personal year numbers, collective year numbers and monthly collective number and how these energies can influence the energies you experience. Is what I'm feeling mine?

We take the very real life experience & unfoldment of the question -  Is what I’m feeling mine? And discuss it in length in this very episode. Often taking on and absorbing energy that is not yours can feel overwhelming, confusing & disorientating and hard to pinpoint because it isn’t something we can see with our eyes or go into our logic about. It’s a feeling. So the hardest thing to do as an Empath is to discern what is yours and what is other. What is an empath?

Throughout our journeys we have come across many Creatives and Empaths who may struggle to embrace their sensitive self causing inner conflict, overwhelm, feeling helpless, alone confused & frustrated. Some might identify with either being a Creative or Empath and some both. We discovered quickly after meeting that these 2 things were indeed interconnected.
