Over time I've had experiences that I would like to share with you all about my journey and how it changed my perspective about how i view and deal with the inevitable negative things that come into our lives. This podcast that will cover topics about mental health, positivity, self awareness, growth, and discovery. I want this channel to be flexible and relaxed as well so this is a great place for freethinkers also.
