He thought that he would be a bodybuilder forever, and although he has maintained his physicality throughout all his phases in life, he was forced to quit his professional career after an unexpected accident. Even after bettering himself, in the peak of his career, a bike accident cut his career short, and forced him to reinvent himself once again.

Aron Ralston is a mountaineer and engineer, known for escaping an impossible situation through sheer will power and bravery. He was trapped by a rock while climbing in Blue John Canyon, and was forced to break, and amputate his own arm in order to escape. He was found a few hours later by a rescue helicopter, allowing him to survive, despite being stranded for six days, and losing 25% of his blood. Aron talks to our hosts about how he found the authority within himself to do what he did, and how he has been able to continue a life of adventure, and inspire others to find their own courage within themselves.
