Welcome to The HZK Podcast, where our mission is simple: share the love of Christ, encourage sanctification through Christ, and challenge believers to become soldiers for Christ. Each week, I'll talk about all things faith and fitness as well as have conversations with others on how Jesus is showing up in our lives. My name is Jac Cancel and this podcast blends personal stories from my own journey with inspiring conversations from guests who are faithfully walking with the Lord. From testimonies of salvation/repentance to current convictions and how the Lord is shaping us today. The purpose of this podcast is to encourage, challenge, and teach people to seek the Lord with their heart & soul as well as honor the temple (our bodies) that He dwells in. Whether you're seeking a community of believers, guidance in your faith, or education on how to achieve your health/fitness goals, this is the place for you.
