Today I speak on gratitude and what the intuitive mind podcast is about. I feel so grateful that you’re here and I’m so happy to provide value on my podcast. I hope this podcast finds you at the right time when you need it. You are the light and don’t forget that! When I created The Intuitive Mind podcast, I did not quite know what I was starting. Now that it has been a couple years since I started back in 2020, it is now 2025. I am reflecting on the core principles of this podcast. My main goal is to provide value for wellness in the mind, body and soul connection. I hope to find like-minded people that I can help support them on their journey to wellness. I feel so called to share the possibilities of what can happen once you resort your mind and body goals to be more kind and gentle to yourself. Hold yourself and love yourself no matter what. What is Motivation?

Do you ever say I need motivation to do that? Well, what if I told you motivation comes with action? I think today is the best day to start something new, maybe there’s a hobby or a task that you’ve been wanting to do but you don’t know if you have enough motivation to do it. Why not start today? I challenge the mindset of the victim mentality and I go deep in the subconscious of why we tell ourselves these narratives, I hope that I can give you clarity and you can move forward within intention. Therefore, you learn a new conversation moving forward.

Well…I’m here to tell you that YOU are in the right place and you deserve to be appreciated for your skills. I am here to share some collaboration & business tips with you to help you accelerate to a new level of power. 📈 I am still learning this new conversation, but I am glad to share what I have been intaking and noticing about my journey and hopefully that will help you catapult as well. I hold space for you along this journey whether this is a side hustle or full-time thing I believe you deserve success and appreciation. The work isn’t easy but you’re doing it and that’s admirable.
