Dylan Michael Sage is a Springbok Sevens, and South African rugby union player for the Bulls in Super Rugby, and the Blue Bulls in the Currie Cup. He was a member of the South African Sevens team, fondly known as the Blitzboks, that won a bronze medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio Rugby is in Dylan’s blood with his grand farther, Doug Hopwood, who was in the South Africa national rugby union team  between 1961 and 1965  AND His younger brother Jarryd is also a professional rugby union player. This year, he moved to France to explore his international rugby union career.  We chat to him about his career, the year Sevens Rugby was introduced to the Olympics, his move abroad, and the future of the game especially when it comes to the ladies.

Sarah Poewe is an Olympic breast stroke [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breaststroke] swimmer who has competed internationally for both South Africa and Germany. At the age of 14, she made her international debut at the 1997 Pan Pacific Championships [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1997_Pan_Pacific_Swimming_Championships]. In 1998, Sarah was the voted the Best Female Swimmer at the Junior Olympics in Moscow. When she was 17, Sarah competed for the South African swimming team in three events at the 2000 Olympic Games [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Africa_at_the_2000_Summer_Olympics](Sydney), and finished in fourth place in the women's 100 m breaststroke. Sarah went on to represent Germany in the 2004 Olympics [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Germany_at_the_2004_Summer_Olympics] (Athens), where she was part of the team that won the bronze medal in the women's  100 m medley. She also represented Germany at the 2008 [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2008_Summer_Olympics] (Beijing) and 2012 Summer Olympics [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012_Summer_Olympics] (London).
