The Martial Heart is a podcast about getting back into your normal activities, such as martial arts, following a major health setback. In my case, it was a heart attack. You will follow me along the path to recovery and we will interview experts and other athletes who have suffered similar incidents and learn how they recovered and if they were successful in returning to the activities they love. Muy buenos Podcasts , entretenido y con historias educativas y divertidas depende de lo que cada uno busque. Yo lo suelo usar en el trabajo ya que estoy muchas horas y necesito cancelar el ruido de al rededor , Auriculares y a disfrutar ..!!
