A word that just keeps ringing in my head... CONSISTENCY!

The word "consistency" rings in my head and weighs on my mind. Coming up with an idea to do something and following through are two completely different things! Maintaining the follow through is what this episode is about.  Have you ever started to read a book and never finished? Have you ever started to learn a song and never finished? HAVE YOU EVER started ANYTHING and just never finished? The thing is, sometimes there are finish lines in sight and sometimes there are not... it can be difficult, painful and downright questionable to continue doing something when theres no clear finish line and things get hard. However, to be consistent may well be one of the strongest superpowers you could have... maybe ... don't quote me, I'm not a qualified psychiatrist!!

Sharing the love with those that we love

Sharing the love, it sounds as cheesy as Bega cheese (we get no sponsorship money from Bega cheese, but Bega cheese if you see this, please oh please give us money or at least some free cheese) but we promise it's a conversation worth having. Through many different relationships we find that there are different types of love and different ways to share it. It may be with your partner, immediate family, extended family or even friends and work colleagues. We think it is important to remind ourselves how we share our love and possibly discover if we could do a better job. We wish anyone who read the description of this episode a healthy and fruitful life, and for those that didn't, curse you you internet dwellers, I spent a long time writing this s**t. The disturbing process of making friends

It's wretched, it's scary, our down right disturbing... making friends, madonna help us!! Friends are not easy to make and as we get older many friends come and go. Sometimes a person can feel like they have no friends and lack the ability to make new ones. We discuss our view on meeting new people and the idea of engaging in new friendships. The sad and gruelling death of curiosity

It seems we are curious from the day we are born. A baby will stare relentlessly into a random persons eyes and a toddler may touch a hot plate even when told not to. Curiosity is beautiful when it's there and f***ing disturbing when it's not!  We talk about curiosity and the reasons from its sad and gruelling death over time.
