Sexy Saturday: Anatomy and Erogenous Zones

Many of us don’t receive proper education about our bodies and we certainly don’t receive education in how to give and receive pleasure. We are left to fumble around in the dark figuring it out or modelling what we see in pornography and major media. Neither of these options are great and can leave people feeling uncomfortable, out of place and sometimes traumatized in the bedroom. This can lead to low self esteem and problematic romantic relationships that affect all areas of our mental well being.
