In this letter, I talk about my struggle with depression. It’s the most vulnerable episode yet, the first time I’ve spoken openly about it. As always, I hope these words do in you what they should. Thank you for going on this journey with me, for being a huge part of my 2024. I will be off on a short break to rest, retreat and realign for the new year. But I will be back with the remaining 4 episodes, so please do stay here, okay. As the year comes to an end, I hope you remember to count the goodness in the year and be grateful. As we enter into a new one, I hope your heart is at peace, and you are expectant. Have a beautiful 2025. May it be all God has written for it to be. …and at this moment I am grateful for the winding road that led me here In this letter, I talk about how important hope is, stepping out of one’s comfort zone, mourning a future you once envisioned, making peace with one’s path and how things work out for good at the end. fear is unreal an illusion a self-imposed prison a making of one’s own mind In this letter, I talk about my journey with fear, where I am coming from, where I am now and what I have learnt along the way.
