episode Bella St John: Redefining Success from the Inside Out cover

Description

What if success isn't about doing more, but about finally asking what you actually want? I'm joined today by Bella St John, Chief Manifestation Officer and Business Coach, who helps coaches, consultants, and organisations break through the patterns keeping them stuck and build businesses that genuinely light them up. Her tagline is "Success Redefined," and the more she talked, the more I realised she actually lives it. Bella's approach sits at a fascinating crossroads of human-centred AI, deep mindset work, and a lifetime of researching what makes people tick. She's not interested in cookie-cutter playbooks or band-aids on the surface. She gets underneath the behaviour, the systems, the plateau, to find what's really going on and what her clients genuinely want instead. What struck me most in this conversation is how much of her work comes from lived experience. Bella has navigated a challenging upbringing, reinvented herself multiple times, spent almost a decade travelling solo across Europe with significant mobility challenges, and has just recently landed somewhere she describes, for the first time in her life, as truly home. Her story is rich with those pivot moments where the question "now what?" becomes the beginning of something extraordinary. In this episode we explore: ➤ What "human-centred AI" actually means, and why the question isn't how to use the tools but how to use them in a way that better supports the humans in your organisation ➤ The difference between focusing on the problem and focusing on the solution, and why one keeps you vibrating at the frequency of what's not working ➤ Why "trying" might be the thing that's holding you back, and what the shift to doing actually looks and feels like ➤ What it takes to move from plateau to breakthrough, and why the real work is always about identity first, strategy second ➤ How everything in your life can work for you rather than against you, if only you choose to use it that way This episode is for coaches and business owners who know they're capable of more, but feel like something invisible keeps getting in the way. episode Cheryl Fischer: The Hidden Habit That's Keeping You Stuck in Midlife artwork

Cheryl Fischer: The Hidden Habit That's Keeping You Stuck in Midlife

What if the thing keeping you stuck isn't your circumstances ...it's the conversation you're having with yourself every single day? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Cheryl Fischer, Certified Life and Mindset Coach and host of the Mind Your Midlife podcast. Cheryl helps women in their 40s and 50s move out of quiet dissatisfaction and into greater confidence, purpose, and direction, whether that's launching a business, revitalising a relationship, or simply feeling like themselves again. Cheryl came to coaching through her own experience of it. She'd spent years in corporate, then retrained as a high school teacher, and eventually realised she was heading towards burnout and a future she didn't want. What changed everything for her was understanding the power of the thoughts running through her mind, and how much they were shaping the life she was living . What I found particularly compelling is the tool Cheryl now uses to start her coaching work, something called the Being Profile. Rather than diving straight into goals and action plans, she and her clients look first at how they're actually being in the world. Moods, patterns, levels of presence, courage, and connection. And almost every time, the results reveal something the client hadn't quite been able to name, but instantly recognises as true. It's a surprisingly powerful starting point. She also shares something that might feel a little uncomfortable at first. The habit of complaining, not the deep processing kind, but the ambient, automatic kind that fills so much of our daily conversation, is doing more harm than we realise. It's a habit most of us have, and it's worth a closer look 😌. In this episode, we explore: ➤ How the Being Profile works as a coaching starting point, and why understanding how you're being in the world matters more than setting goals before you've done that ➤ Why self-belief is the real engine of change, and how one client went from never speaking up in a room to leading a project, one small step at a time ➤ The complaining habit most of us don't even notice, and how changing the way we make conversation has a ripple effect on our relationships, our mindset, and how we see ourselves This episode is for anyone in their 40s or 50s who suspects the thing holding them back isn't a lack of skill or opportunity, but a story they've been telling themselves for a very long time. episode Ellie Steinbrink: Why Getting Dressed In Style Starts on the Inside artwork

Ellie Steinbrink: Why Getting Dressed In Style Starts on the Inside

What if the reason nothing in your wardrobe feels right has nothing to do with your clothes? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Ellie Steinbrink, Expert Stylist, Personal Brand Coach, Speaker, and Podcast Host of The Visibility Shift. Through her business Style Decoded, Ellie works at the intersection of psychology and personal branding, helping women entrepreneurs stop performing and start showing up as themselves, fully and boldly. What struck me about Ellie's work is that she spends almost no time, at least not early on, talking about clothes. Her clients are female founders, business leaders, and entrepreneurs who walk into their closets feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or just quietly stuck. And Ellie's first move isn't to go shopping. It's to ask what beliefs are still running the show. She describes a moment she kept seeing with clients: the clothes would go on, and their faces would show equal parts elation and terror. Elated because the vision they'd shared with her had just come to life. Terrified because now they actually had to walk out into the world wearing it. That gap, between who they're becoming and who they still feel they need to be, is where Ellie does her deepest work. She talks about the women who find her, often in midlife, often mid-transition, who've spent decades dressing for the room rather than for themselves. The corporate neutrals. The blazer-before-camera instinct. The suits they can't quite let go of, even though the job, and the person who wore them, is long gone. Before any shopping happens, Ellie goes into the beliefs underneath the wardrobe. Vision work. Mindset work. The quiet undoing of decades of conditioning about what credibility is supposed to look like. In this episode, we explore: ➤ Why changing your clothes without doing the inner work first won't hold, and what happens when a client puts on the vision they described but isn't quite ready to own it ➤ The beliefs that keep women dressed for who they used to be, and why the corporate neutrals, the black suits, the always-a-blazer habit, are often more about belonging than personal style ➤ How Ellie's month-long process works before anyone sets foot in a store, from vision work and mindset work to understanding body proportions in a way that actually builds confidence This episode is for any woman who's ever looked at her wardrobe and felt nothing in there was quite her — or who suspects the clothes are just the surface of something much bigger. episode Dianne Shelton: The Revenue Leaks Killing Your Business and How to Plug Them artwork

Dianne Shelton: The Revenue Leaks Killing Your Business and How to Plug Them

What if your marketing is working, but your systems are the reason clients aren't staying, or never converting in the first place? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Dianne Shelton, Online Growth & Sales System Strategist and founder of Passion Breakthrough. Drawing on an MBA, a Computer Science degree, and over a decade scaling multimillion-dollar projects for Fortune 500 companies, Dianne helps mission-driven coaches and service providers build the sales systems that turn effort into results. Dianne works with two distinct groups. The newer entrepreneur who is already overwhelmed by the noise, relying on ChatGPT for everything and wondering why their offers aren't landing. And the more established business owner who has outgrown what they built, is working around the clock, and quietly haemorrhaging revenue because the infrastructure behind their growth was never properly set up. In both cases, Dianne's work is about identifying where the leaks are and building a system that brings the human back into sales. What I loved in this conversation is how she reframes systems. For many small business owners, that word feels clinical, even icky. Dianne's version is anything but. She talks about systems as the thing that allows you to remember the small details that matter to clients, to stay in genuine relationship rather than just hitting people with marketing, and to operate from your zone of genius rather than constantly being pulled into the weeds of your own business 😊. In this episode, we explore: ➤ What systems actually means in practice, and why putting the human-first perspective back into your sales process is what creates genuine client retention ➤ The outcomes her clients experience, from more qualified leads and better conversion rates to reclaiming the joy and freedom that made them go into business in the first place ➤ Why you shouldn't do it alone, and the honest reality of what entrepreneurship actually asks of you before the rewards arrive This episode is for any coach or service provider who knows their work is good, but suspects their systems, or lack of them, are what's holding their growth back. 🔗 Free Resource: Take Dianne's free revenue quiz at passionbreakthrough.com [https://passionbreakthrough.com] to find out where your revenue is leaking with her scorecard. Carmen MacDougall: The Soul Revival Method That Takes You from Stuck to Aligned

What if the reason your life feels stuck isn't a lack of vision, but everything that's still filling the container? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Carmen MacDougall, Spiritual and Intuitive Life Coach and founder of Happy Soul Coaching. With over twenty years of experience, Carmen helps people move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to feeling clear, aligned, and fully themselves again, through her Soul Revival Method™. Carmen works with people who know something has to change, even when they can't quite see how yet. As she describes it, people don't always arrive at her door in crisis. Sometimes they're quietly depleted. Sometimes it takes a relationship breakdown, burnout, or a health shock before they finally stop and say, enough. And she shares how the universe has a hand in the timing, that people don't find her until they're ready, even when that readiness is still mostly unconscious. What drew me into this conversation is Carmen's honesty about her own story. She's not speaking from theory. A corporate burnout in investment banking when her daughter was just three months old, a business plagued by plagiarism, a husband diagnosed with a brain tumour with a one in five chance of survival, a divorce, and redundancy all in the same period of her life. She used every tool at her disposal to get through it, rebuilt herself, and now helps others do the same. When she says trust the process, she has lived it 😊. Her three-part Soul Revival Method™ starts with Release, clearing out the old patterns, limiting beliefs, emotional weight, and relationships that are draining the container. From there comes Reconnect, rebuilding trust in yourself and your intuition, and then Rise, creating life from a completely different place, with clarity, confidence, and what Carmen calls inner authority. She's clear that this isn't a quick fix, and that you don't need to know what you want before you start. You just need to know how you want to feel. In this episode, we explore: ➤ Why manifestation doesn't work until you've cleared what's blocking you, and how Carmen's three-part process creates the conditions for real momentum ➤ How to recognise when you're ready, and why the people who find Carmen are often exactly where they need to be, even if they don't know it yet ➤ The transformations Carmen's clients experience, from attracting the right relationship at last, to finding their soul calling, to recovering from deep mental health struggles ➤ The message Carmen wants everyone to know: trust the process, because even when you can't see it, the light is already coming through the cracks This episode is for anyone who has been carrying a lot for a long time, and knows, deep down, that something has to shift. episode Astra Soulfeather: You Already Know You're Good. What If You're Actually Great? artwork

Astra Soulfeather: You Already Know You're Good. What If You're Actually Great?

What if the reason you're not living your most extraordinary life isn't a lack of effort, but a belief that it's all on you? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Astra Soulfeather, Personal Transformation Coach, speaker and author. Their work is built around one central truth: that talented people who know they're good often have a quiet inkling they might actually be great, and that the gap between the two isn't filled by trying harder. It's filled by something most coaching models completely leave out. Astra works with people who are living what they describe as a half-hearted life. Competent, capable, often successful by external measures, but bored, holding back, and quietly aware that something much bigger is available to them. What makes their approach distinctive is a coaching framework that's been deliberately built to disrupt one of the core assumptions in almost every personal development model out there. Most coaching frameworks, Astra explains, place all responsibility on the individual. You set the goal, you do the work, you control the outcome. That level of hyper-responsibility is exactly what exhausts people and keeps them stuck in cycles of burnout and repeat patterns. The results Astra describes are both bold and deeply sustainable. A secondary school art teacher of twenty years who is now a full-time artist with sold-out gallery shows and corporate commissions. A data governance professional who, through inner shifts rather than surface-level reinvention, is repositioning as a C-suite advisor and significantly increasing her day rate. The change, Astra says, isn't bombastic. It's an inner knowing that echoes out through every area of someone's life. In this episode, we explore: ➤ The fundamental flaw in most coaching models, and why hyper-responsibility is keeping talented people exhausted rather than extraordinary ➤ The Soul Driven Goals methodology, and what it means to only be responsible for 50% of your success ➤ What self-mastery actually looks like, and the difference between controlling yourself and truly knowing yourself This episode is for anyone who's good at what they do, knows it, and can't shake the feeling there's something greater waiting if they could only get out of their own way.
