Lauren specializes in helping women navigate their bodies from Preconception to Postpartum. Preparing their bodies for pregnancy, rebalancing hormones & regulating cycles tend to be the first areas she looks at when working with clients at the preconception stage of their journey. Digging deeper into underlying imbalances in the body that may be interfering with the bodies natural ability to conceive. She is a certified Integrative Health Practitioner where her focus is working with clients to identify imbalances in the body that may be causing chronic health issues. Her approach is to get to the root causes of issues using a multifaceted approach that includes: diet bio-individualization, exercise programming, stress & SNS regulation, toxin removal, rest & PNS resetting, emotional balance & supplement protocols. Lauren is a trained Birth Doula helping clients navigate pregnancy, labor, & delivery. Her role is to help women feel empowered to have the birth that they want! She works closely with clients on their options through all stages of labor & delivery including but not limited to pain management, physical support, relaxation techniques, body positioning, etc. Making sure that they have everything they need to make informed decisions to advocate for themselves & their baby. Lauren is also a Reiki Practitioner & Intuitive Medium. She has known for several years that she has a unique gift that she is now using to help her clients. Energy plays a much larger role than many may realize and her goal is to help clients align. Suppressed emotions can affect everything from our nervous system to many of the health conditions we see physically manifested. Reiki is the practice of moving stagnant energy in the body in order to rebalance our chakras and create space for new energy to move through. This can be a very healing practice to assist with grieving losses that clients may have experienced on their fertility journeys.
