Then put on your favourite music and dance. Try to do moves you have never ever done before… let me give you an example. .. Personally I’ve done every morning ritual you can imagine. And by far the best is this one. Just notice how great you feel after doing it. 5 min of this can break most bad moods I’ve found.

To surrender the struggle and fight. We may have a plan but the sooner we give in to our plan and let the divine work though us, it's plan is way more magnificent than we could have ever dreamed of. This is the constant battle and it's a fight we can never win. We must let go of the ours and let the river take us there. We just have to sit back and enjoy the journey.
