Episode 31 is finally here and my heart is overflowing. The season finale of season 3. AHHHH. What a beautiful journey this has been. Since February second, when this season began, I have grown in ways I could not have imagined. I have stretched, healed, surrendered, and stepped deeper into who God is calling me to be. Every lesson, every shift, every moment of clarity is because of Him. I am sitting in pure gratitude as I reflect on how far I have come and how faithfully He has guided me. As I move into sabbatical, I am thankful that this is where I landed. I pray that something shared across these thirty one episodes has reached you in the way you needed. That you learned something new about yourself, expanded your thinking, softened your heart, or found a little more courage to grow. My intention has always been to share what I know and what I have been taught so that someone else can rise a little higher. I hope you feel inspired to do the same. We really do have to be the change we want to see in the world. It may sound cliché, but it is real. It is on you and me to show up with love, integrity, compassion, and intention. I am committed to offering what I can, being who I am called to be, and doing my part to make this world better. Grandma Said What You Needed To Hear

The Week Everything Changed

It’s 12am and your girl is back, fresh off a six hour nap on the couch like life didn’t just try to spin me around again. Stillness really does save me every time. I took an impromptu pause, but I’m here now, grounded, grateful, and ready to close this season out strong. This episode is a real time recap of my last week: filing for disability, having my role eliminated after five years, and navigating what it feels like to be without a job for the first time in my adult life. I’m talking about shifting the energy in my space, redecorating my living room, keeping my body moving, and choosing faith over fear even when the plot twists hit back to back. Only Believe: Holy Week

This week felt like a Holy Week love letter straight from God to me. I’m recapping all the ways He reminded me — loudly, softly, unexpectedly — that He sent Jesus to die just for me. From the little moments to the big ones, His fingerprints were all over my days. Sunday’s message, “Only Believe,” hit me right in my heart and spirit. It was one of those sermons where you feel like God pulled up a chair, looked you in your eyes, and said, “Daughter, this one’s for you.” And honestly, it was. I’m sharing everything from taking Easter bunny pics with Asia and Fay, to the way God answered prayers I whispered months ago — giving me the space, the freedom, and the grace to heal in real time. Hosting on Easter Sunday felt like another reminder that He restores what felt broken. And then there were the unexpected blessings — like Friday night out, getting to see Lo, and somehow ending up watching 1/2 of Les Twins dance at a battle… after forgetting my wallet at home. Only God could turn my forgetful moment into a whole testimony and a show. Saturday was a sweet reset with my bestie, the kind of day that fills you back up without you even realizing how empty you were. Holy Week showed out. God showed out.
