Today was the first day at the new job. And honestly? I think I might already be the office weirdo. We debriefed the first-day nerves, the awkwardness of being the new person, and the strange realization that after being out of a traditional full-time job for a while, my brain doesn't seem to operate quite the same way anymore. I spent some time talking about this season of life and work, and why I wanted to be honest about something: I don't actually have it all figured out yet.
