New Year, Same Me: Letting Go of Resolutions

This year, I’m letting go of the pressure to set New Year’s resolutions. Instead, I’m focusing on slowing down and being without the constant need to do more. This episode is a reminder that it's okay to slow down, reset, and enjoy the journey. I share how pregnancy helped me embrace the moment and find comfort in being fully present with my kids and in my life.
