Starring Robert De Niro and Charles Grodin, Midnight Run was directed by a little tyrant and plagued with production nightmares, but somehow it still ended up being a lean, mean movie that's a little underrated. We also get into Armie Hammer eating people and Timothée Chalamet pumpin a peach. It's a fun ep, check it out!

Zach's not racist! On this episode, Levin and Levi are joined by comedian Zach Braviette to discuss the Chinese action-comedy, "Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons." A weird, kinda funny, kinda perverted movie that serves as prequel to the 16th century novel, "Journey to the West."

Damon Packard's Reflections of Evil with John Brennan

The great John Brennan joins the pod to discuss a movie that is disgusting, rageful and weirdly inspiring — Damon Packard's Reflection of Evil! This is a great episode! John's the man and we knew he was going to pick some weird underground movie that no one's heard of, but this was way weirder than we expected.  Damon Packard is a truly independent filmmaker. He breaks every copyright law, experiments with different cameras, dubs over everybody's voice, gets banned for life from Universal Studios, fights dogs, stuff his face with slop...it goes on and on. The movie's almost unwatchable, but the more you think about it and the more John talks about it, the more you start to like it. Check it out!

Killing Them Softly with Max Fine

The hilarious Max Fine joins the pod to talk about the underrated Brad Pitt movie, "Killing Them Softly." Released in 2012, critics and audiences expected a Scorcese-esque crime thriller and instead got a 90 minute economic crisis allegory. It wasn't received well. Idiots! This movie is great!
