Used Car Dealer business owners everywhere are feeling the effects of a rough 1st half of 2020. The last thing anyone needs is more of the same tired DMV being adversarial to its own used car dealers [helping%20used%20car%20dealers!]. Truth be told there are some great inspectors that work for the California DMV like Inspector Partoza or Inspector Macias. Even some of the management seems fairly "on-the-ball" but for the most part, DMV inspectors use their power in a very sinister way. Their decisions and short-sidedness often results in the suspension of a car dealer auction license, whereby leaving the dealer unable to feed his/her family.
