#002 – Therizinosaurus

Therizinosaurus was a bizarre creature, perplexing paleontologists to this day. Imagine if Big Bird was the size of a Tyrannosaur, 33 feet long at 4.9 tons. Now give him six foot arms, as tall as a grown man. And at the end of these arms, give him sharp, three foot long, sickle shaped claws. If you’re imagining a nightmarish, ‘roided up Freddy Krueger from Sesame Street, you’re doing it right.
