The Support You Want Often Feels Like Losing Control

Is It Depression Or Lack Of Expression?

I've been noticing how these feelings work as cues, calling me back to expression, to creating, to using my voice. Through a relational lens, I share how these feelings aren’t a punishment for not being or doing enough.
