Happy Friday, Happy Venus Day! In today, we discuss a beautiful way to close out our day by practicing a gratitude journaling that follows a 3-2-1 method. In today, we will write down . . .  3 Joyful Moments 2 Peaceful Moments 1 Moment of Love at the end of our day. And I hope this is something you continue even beyond today! With this reflection, today we are going to journal on: 1. Where are you consuming things that contribute to your negative self-talk, overly critical thinking . . . where are you, what situations are you in when this is happening?
