Beschreibung

In this episode of the Gadites USA Sophomore meeting, our Pastor emphasized the necessity of spiritual responsibility and diligence in our walk with God. He laid out the significance of the “Laying on of Hands” as a foundational doctrine, highlighting how it serves as a spiritual technology for the transfer of graces and the building up of the saints to walk in their divine purpose. We began by establishing that our profit in spiritual meetings is tied to our internal posture and responsibility. It was emphasized that we must repent of casual attitudes, such as lateness or lack of focus, to fully receive the life the Lord provides through His Word. We briefly revisited the doctrine of baptisms, noting that being born again is only the admission into “nursing school,” and that one must undergo consistent teaching to truly embody the life of a Christian. In addition, we saw that the “gifts of men” mentioned in Ephesians 4:8-11—Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers; are not merely offices but are the very hands of Christ given to the church. These gifts are men who were once captives themselves but were taken by Jesus to serve as conduits for spiritual blessings. Just as a hand has five fingers, the five-fold ministry acts as the fingers of Jesus to reach, touch, and build the body of Christ. Furthermore, we saw that the laying on of hands is a natural principle with a profound spiritual reality, used for the transfer of anointing, wisdom, and healing. It is also a means of identification and ordination, where spiritual authority recognizes and sends forth those called by God. We learned that the “present evil world” constantly attempts to lay its own hands on us through media and worldly influences, but the five-fold ministry is designed to deliver us from these pressures and anchor us in the power of the Gospel. Ultimately, the goal of this doctrine is to move us away from a “lone ranger” mentality and into a life of healthy submission to spiritual authority. By placing ourselves under the hands the Lord has provided, we receive the guidance and spiritual substance necessary to mature. This foundation prepares us for a deeper exploration of both vertical and horizontal submission, which are essential for our prosperity and growth in the realm of the Spirit.

(2026_07_04) - Q&A on Understanding the Tabernacle (Part 1):Unveiling a Spiritual Pattern Embedded in the Creation Account- Juniors BM- Pastor James Akinjide

In this episode of the Gadites USA Juniors meeting, our Pastor introduced a new series titled “Understanding the Tabernacle and Spiritual Patterns,” establishing that God is not a God of chaos but of meticulous order and design. He set the foundation that before we can understand the Tabernacle — God’s dwelling place in man — we must first learn to recognize the spiritual patterns God has embedded in creation. We began by walking through Genesis chapter 1, observing that God’s creative work follows a deliberate, sequential procedure. It was established that patterns are only confirmed through repetition, just as a scientific result must be replicable before it can be published. Using this principle, we were shown that the creation account is not merely a historical record but a canvas of recurring spiritual motifs. In addition, we explored the repeated pairing of two things throughout creation — heaven and earth, light and darkness, the greater and lesser lights, the waters and the dry land. Each pair was shown to carry a spiritual significance: one element always precedes and governs the other, reflecting the divine order that runs through all of God’s design, including the order of headship in the family and the structure of spiritual authority. Furthermore, we learned that man was created with dominion over the entirety of the earthly realm, and that God’s ultimate intention was not merely to create man but to make him — a process defined as creation plus formation. This distinction is key: God brought man into existence first, but the journey of formation into a complete tabernacle for God is what the entire series will unpack. Ultimately, we saw that the believer’s journey toward God is itself patterned after the same two-phase structure seen throughout creation — corresponding to the holy place and the most holy place, or Christ and the Father. The teaching concluded by emphasizing that understanding these spiritual patterns is not academic but deeply personal, as each pattern speaks directly to the ordered path by which God intends to dwell fully in man.

2026_07_04 - (Gadites USA Sophomores BM) - The Five Fold Ministry - Understanding the Importance of the Church and Different types of Meetings – Pastor David Diya

In this episode of the sophomores brethren meeting, our Pastor explained the importance of the fivefold ministry(as seen in Ephesians 4:11-13) and their mission to the church which is a collection of the souls of believers who are supposed to come to a point where they all together can be one with the head of the church(Acts 2:41 & 47). Additionally we were able to see that the five fold ministry was a gift from our risen Lord to and for our souls as believers to feed us with knowledge and understanding of him . We also learnt that these men that were given were first led captive of the lord before being given out to the Church for we all to look like the Jesus Christ. (Jeremiah 3:15). Finally we saw the different types of meetings and the different ways the Holy Spirit works in those meetings.
