At least five people have been arrested for vandalism at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, with President Donald Trump threatening long prison terms. Trump claimed the vandals cut a 250-foot gash, which has now extended to 300 feet due to chemicals in the water. Former US Olympic canoeist David Davy Hearn was among those detained.
