And, as always, our passage from Herman Melville: "An utterly fearless man is a far more dangerous comrade than a coward." (Fun fact: the word "comrade" is grammatically weird because it's from the French word "camarade," which was derived from the Spanish word "camarada," meaning "chamber mate." But, let's be real here... it doesn't need the E in 21st Century English.)
