LESSON TWO: THE GOSPEL IS GLORIOUS BECAUSE OF ITS MESSAGE INTRO: Last week we saw the Gospel is glorious because of its definition: Glorious = "DOXA" = Glory. Gospel = "evangelion" = good news. Today we will see the Gospel is glorious because of the profound message it conveys. 1. The Gospel is the message of love. 1 John 4:8 = God's attribute • The message of the Father's love.
