Beschreibung

Grief doesn’t always come from loss in the way we were taught to recognize it. Sometimes it shows up in the quiet spaces… in friendships that fade without conflict, in identities we outgrow, and in versions of ourselves we had to release to become who we are today. In this episode, I open up about the subtle forms of grief we don’t always acknowledge—the kind that doesn’t come with closure, but still leaves an imprint. From seasonal friendships to personal transformation, and even the deeply emotional process of redefining my spiritual identity, this conversation is about recognizing what we’ve lost… even when it wasn’t taken from us. I share my journey through change, including the grief of letting go of who I once was, the confidence I carried, and the beliefs I was raised in. This is not about regret—it’s about honesty. It’s about understanding that growth requires release, and that grief is not always a sign that something went wrong. Sometimes it’s simply a sign that something mattered. If you’ve ever felt the weight of change, questioned who you’re becoming, or struggled to let go of what once felt like home, this episode is for you. Grief comes in all shapes—physical, emotional, and spiritual. And if we don’t take the time to acknowledge it, it has a way of living in the body. Take a moment with me to breathe, to release, and to recognize that healing doesn’t always come from moving on—it comes from allowing yourself to feel. Episode The Peace in the Pause: When God Makes You Wait - Episode 15 Cover

The Peace in the Pause: When God Makes You Wait - Episode 15

In The Peace in the Pause, I’m reflecting on the season when COVID forced me to stop, breathe, and finally confront the exhaustion I had been pushing through for years. After running a restaurant, overworking my body, and trying to force the next move, the pause became uncomfortable, emotional, and necessary. This conversation is about stillness as more than rest. It can be redirection. It can be protection. It can be the place where God rebuilds my faith, restores my body, and teaches me how to trust without needing to control every outcome. I share how closed doors, failed pivots, and uncertainty eventually showed me that the pause was not punishment. It was preparation. Sometimes what feels like nothing happening is the very space where clarity, peace, and alignment begin to form. If you have been feeling guilty for slowing down or afraid of what comes next, this is your reminder that pausing does not mean you are lazy. Stillness can be sacred. Rest can be obedience. And peace can meet you right in the middle of the unknown. Take ten quiet minutes this week. No phone. No noise. No distractions. Just listen. You may hear exactly what you have been too busy to receive.  The Spiritual Realist is edited and produced by Organized Movements [https://organizedmovements.com/] Recorded at Privicast Studio [https://privicaststudio.com/] Subscribe on YouTube @thespiritualrealest [https://www.youtube.com/@TheSpiritualRealest] Follow on Instagram @thespiritualrealest [https://www.instagram.com/thespiritualrealest]

Episode Stop Being a Slave to Being Less Than Cover

Stop Being a Slave to Being Less Than

In this episode of The Spiritual Realest, I’m talking about freedom in a deeper way. Juneteenth is not just a date on the calendar. It is a reminder of what happens when people are kept bound by evil intentions, lack of knowledge, and systems that benefit from them not knowing they are already free. But that kind of bondage did not stop in the past. A lot of us are still mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and even religiously enslaved to things that no longer serve who we are becoming. I’m asking the real question: what are you still allowing yourself to remain captive to? A relationship? A job? A title? A tradition? A belief system? A version of yourself that was shaped by fear, obedience, survival, or validation? In this conversation, I reflect on Juneteenth, mental slavery, religion, curiosity, spiritual knowledge, and what it really means to seek wisdom, understanding, and truth for yourself. We also talk about frankincense, spiritual elevation, divine truth, and how every path worth walking should lead you back to deeper awareness. This week, I want you to sit with three questions: What have you always believed?  Why do you still believe it?  And does it still align with who you are today? I’m Scarlett Draught, heavenly minded, but always earthly good. Stop being a slave to being less than. Episode The Work of Faith Cover

The Work of Faith

What happens when you believe something is supposed to happen, but every step forward feels like another delay? In this episode, I talk about faith, frustration, waiting, and the uncomfortable space between knowing something is meant for you and actually seeing it show up. For a long time, I thought faith was simply believing. What I eventually learned is that faith often asks something of us in return. Sometimes it asks us to wait. Sometimes it asks us to trust. And sometimes it asks us to do something that pushes us outside of what we've always known. Let's have an honest conversation about patience, endurance, sacred waiting, and what it means to keep moving when it feels like nothing is moving at all. I'm Scarlett Draught, heavenly minded but earthly good. Episode Sex Magic: Intention, Energy & Manifestation - Episode 12 Cover

Sex Magic: Intention, Energy & Manifestation - Episode 12

Most people think sex is only about pleasure or procreation. But we know it's much deeper than that. I'm diving into the spiritual practice of sex magic—the intentional use of sexual energy to manifest the life you desire. From love and healing to purpose, abundance, and personal transformation, we'll explore how sexual energy can become a powerful tool for creation when it's guided with intention.  I'll walk you through: *  What sex magic is and what it isn't  *  Why sexual energy is considered life-force energy  *  How to set intentions before intimacy  *  Creating an environment that supports manifestation  *  The role of breathwork, visualization, and energetic alignment  *  Why trust, surrender, and release matter just as much as desire  Whether you're exploring this practice alone or with a partner, this conversation invites you to think differently about intimacy, manifestation, and the creative power that already exists within you.  As always, take what resonates, leave what doesn't, and trust your own discernment. I'm Scarlett Draught—heavenly minded, but always earthly good. Episode Era of Authenticity - Episode 11 Cover

Era of Authenticity - Episode 11

In this episode, I sat down and responded to some of the comments, questions I've gotten on social media around spirituality, religion, ancestors, authenticity, and the way people react when someone chooses to think differently. We talked about everything from Miss Cleo and spiritual gifts to Christianity, the Bible, ancestral connection, and why so many people struggle to let others walk their own path without judgment. Some moments were funny, some were intense, and some may really challenge your beliefs. More than anything, this conversation reminded me that we are living in an era where people are craving authenticity and real honesty. Whether you agree with me or not, I want this space to be one where people can question, think, reflect, and be fully themselves without fear. I’m heavenly-minded, but always earthly good.
