Every born-again believer has been given the charge to be an encourager. We must stop to consider the words we say and make sure the intent of our speech is approved by God. Ephesians 4:29 says, “Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.” Simply put we are to only speak those words which give grace to the hearers.
