The Good News of Jesus Christ

Remember, Revive, and Restore

You, Lord, showed favor to your land;    you restored the fortunes of Jacob.2 You forgave the iniquity of your people    and covered all their sins.[b [https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=ps%2085&version=NIV#fen-NIV-15274b]]3 You set aside all your wrath    and turned from your fierce anger. 4 Restore us again, God our Savior,    and put away your displeasure toward us.5 Will you be angry with us forever?    Will you prolong your anger through all generations?6 Will you not revive us again,    that your people may rejoice in you?7 Show us your unfailing love, Lord,    and grant us your salvation. 8 I will listen to what God the Lord says;    he promises peace to his people, his faithful servants—    but let them not turn to folly.9 Surely his salvation is near those who fear him,    that his glory may dwell in our land. 10 Love and faithfulness meet together;    righteousness and peace kiss each other.11 Faithfulness springs forth from the earth,    and righteousness looks down from heaven.12 The Lord will indeed give what is good,    and our land will yield its harvest.13 Righteousness goes before him    and prepares the way for his steps.

Father’s Day 2026

Psalm 128 A song of ascents. 1 Blessed are all who fear the Lord,    who walk in obedience to him.2 You will eat the fruit of your labor;    blessings and prosperity will be yours.3 Your wife will be like a fruitful vine    within your house;your children will be like olive shoots    around your table.4 Yes, this will be the blessing    for the man who fears the Lord. 5 May the Lord bless you from Zion;    may you see the prosperity of Jerusalem    all the days of your life.6 May you live to see your children’s children—    peace be on Israel.

Extraordinary Worship

1 I will extol the Lord at all times;    his praise will always be on my lips.2 I will glory in the Lord;    let the afflicted hear and rejoice.3 Glorify the Lord with me;    let us exalt his name together. 4 I sought the Lord, and he answered me;    he delivered me from all my fears.5 Those who look to him are radiant;    their faces are never covered with shame.6 This poor man called, and the Lord heard him;    he saved him out of all his troubles.7 The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him,    and he delivers them. 8 Taste and see that the Lord is good;    blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.9 Fear the Lord, you his holy people,    for those who fear him lack nothing.10 The lions may grow weak and hungry,    but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.11 Come, my children, listen to me;    I will teach you the fear of the Lord.12 Whoever of you loves life    and desires to see many good days,13 keep your tongue from evil    and your lips from telling lies.14 Turn from evil and do good;    seek peace and pursue it. 15 The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,    and his ears are attentive to their cry;16 but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil,    to blot out their name from the earth. 17 The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them;    he delivers them from all their troubles.18 The Lord is close to the brokenhearted    and saves those who are crushed in spirit. 19 The righteous person may have many troubles,    but the Lord delivers him from them all;20 he protects all his bones,    not one of them will be broken. 21 Evil will slay the wicked;    the foes of the righteous will be condemned.22 The Lord will rescue his servants;    no one who takes refuge in him will be condemned.
