Episode First Date Advice: Never Kiss on First Date Cover

Beschreibung

If you’re going on a first date, hear me on this—no matter how attracted you are, no matter how hard it feels, I believe you never kiss on the first date or worse more.  I coach so many women who come to me asking, “Why did he ghost me? Why didn’t he want a second date? Why can’t I find a boyfriend?” And almost every time I ask, “Did you kiss him or give him everything on the first date?” their answer is yes. Here’s the truth: when you give your body up too soon, you send a message—whether you mean to or not. That maybe this is how you are with everyone, that you don’t fully honor or respect yourself. And it takes away the mystery, the excitement, the reason for him to want more. Relationships are meant to grow and blossom slowly. Leave room for curiosity, for respect, for anticipation. Because when you value yourself enough to wait—you teach the other person to value you too. Support the show [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2424844/support]

Episode Flipping Negative Self Talk Cover

Flipping Negative Self Talk

Let’s talk about flipping negative self-talk. Those whispers that say “you can’t” or “you’re not enough” aren’t truth—they’re old habits. Step one: notice them. Ask—Is it true? Is it kind? Is it helpful? Step two: release it. Thank it for trying to protect you, then let it go—like a leaf floating downstream. Step three: replace it. I call it Flip the Switch: catch it, replace it, repeat it. Swap “I can’t do this” for “I’m learning and getting stronger every day.” Write three affirmations and say them each morning. Back them up with action—one small confidence-builder a day: a walk, a hobby, helping someone else. Over time, your inner voice becomes your ally. And that’s the core of my coaching—because the way you talk to yourself becomes the way you live your life. Support the show [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2424844/support]

Episode Feed Yourself a Better Story Cover

Feed Yourself a Better Story

You know, the meaning we attach to events in our lives shapes everything—our outlook, our confidence, even how much peace we feel day to day. Think about it—if a friend cancels lunch, you could take it personally and spiral into “I’m not important,” or you could shift it. Maybe something came up for them… and now you’ve been gifted quiet time to yourself. Same event, different meaning, completely different energy. It’s the same with bigger life stuff. Losing a job? Maybe it’s not rejection—it’s redirection. Maybe the universe is nudging you toward your untapped gifts. Even heartbreak or loss can hold space for us to love deeper, or see ourselves with more compassion. When you start noticing the story you’re telling yourself—and choose a kinder one—you change the quality of your entire life. Remember: you are always the one writing the meaning. So why not write one that empowers you? Support the show [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2424844/support]

Episode Consistency is the New Attractive Cover

Consistency is the New Attractive

You know, liking someone or thinking they’re good-looking just isn’t enough anymore. Life is busy. Most of us are carrying heavy burdens, chasing goals, building dreams—and with that, our time and energy are valuable. We don’t have space for the endless texting back and forth, the mixed signals, or the games. The truth is, the new attractive is consistency. It’s someone who shows up when they say they will. It’s clear communication that doesn’t leave you questioning where you stand. It’s honesty, effort, and reliability—because that’s what creates trust, and that’s what makes a real connection last. At the end of the day, we don’t need perfect, but we do need presence. The new attractive isn’t about how good someone looks in photos—it’s about how good they make you feel in real life, every single day. Support the show [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2424844/support]

Episode Saying Yes to the Universe Cover

Saying Yes to the Universe

Saying yes to the universe is saying yes to your soul’s deepest desires. But here’s the truth—saying yes doesn’t mean accepting everything as perfect. It means being willing to face what life places in front of you and trusting that even the hard stuff has a purpose. Most of us spend our days saying yes to what we like and no to what we don’t. But real transformation begins when we acknowledge what isn’t working, because only then can change happen. Saying yes is an act of trust—trust in yourself, trust in the universe, and trust that every experience is an invitation to grow. At first, it might feel scary. It might even feel painful. But each time you lean into yes, you open the door wider for joy, for lessons, for alignment. Saying yes is the beginning of a conversation with the universe, and that single word carries the power to change everything. So today, I invite you—say yes. Episode When Someone Uses your Sensitivity Against You! Cover

When Someone Uses your Sensitivity Against You!

There are people who see right into your heart—not to honor it, but to twist it. That can leave you shaken, betrayed, and doubting yourself. But hear me: what they did is not a reflection of your worth. It’s a reflection of their wounds. When it’s time to let go, start with grace. Feel the hurt. Grieve what was lost. Honor the pain. Then little by little, invite the light back in—through journaling, therapy, creativity, or quiet moments in nature. Your sensitivity was never the problem. It’s your gift—your quiet superpower, your ability to love deeply and feel fully. Healing doesn’t mean pretending it never happened; it means turning pain into wisdom. You are worthy of relationships that treasure your empathy, not take advantage of it. And as you step into your own light, those relationships will find you.
