Joey thinks the hummingbirds are boycotting him because he hasn’t seen any yet this year. He also still wants guinea pigs as pets.   In honor of the anniversary of the movie Jaws, a screening is being held on the beach where the movie was filmed. Guests will watch the movie while in the ocean.   Nerd Nerds: A purse made of lab-grown dinosaur skin was sold at an auction. Someone made a fully functional car out of Legos, and it hit 70mph. A new robot toilet can drive to your location in the house and go back to its docking station after you’re done.   An ice cream place gave Joey and his family the wrong order, and his wife schemed to make sure they got to keep both the correct order and the wrong order. Then, they ate all of it.  Hot Tea: Bailey Zimmerman is facing felony charges after trashing a hotel room and causing $16K in damage. Sources say that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are calling people to invite them to the wedding and then sending them NDAs. Police used a drone with a magnet to take a knife out of a man’s hand.   The Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders have to follow a lot of rules to keep their job. These include: no glitter eyeshadow, always saying “yes ma’am,” never being in a place that serves alcohol or at a party, and more.   We posted about our Ella Langley ticket giveaway on Facebook and people in the comments started telling us why they needed the tickets. One lady from England even messaged us about it!  Lucky 7 for tickets to Dollywood’s Splash Country  Joey bought some frozen sausage biscuits for his kids, but they didn’t like them. He is highly considering taking them back to the store to get his money back.   We gave away a pair of Ella Langley tickets! Whoever calls in has to tell us who they are choosing to take to the show. Joey had a great Father’s Day! His family got him some new fishing supplies and a mini fridge for gifts, and they all went to the movies, out to eat, and fishing!  We don’t know much about the actual soccer matches happening during the World Cup, but we love all of the foreigners’ videos of them discovering American things!   Karly is going to a speed dating event this weekend! Joey and Nancy think she needs to practice, so we will do that later this week.   Joey saw Toy Story 5 over the weekend and enjoyed it! Nancy admitted that she is not a big fan of the Toy Story franchise.   Hot Tea: Jelly Roll posted a video telling people to listen to Bunnie’s podcast if they want info about their divorce. Kraft brand is making a TSA friendly ranch kit so the foreigners can take some ranch home with them in their carry-on bags. A city in Ohio is having to “fire” their several thousand-dollar robot cop after a year of it making no arrests.   Joey’s wife tricked him into wearing the same shirt as about 20 other men at church on Sunday. He was very embarrassed by the whole thing, especially when someone made them take a group photo.   We’re having our first Community Crew event! We’re looking for 20 volunteers to help out at Shangri-La Therapeutic Academy of Riding (STAR) on Saturday, June 27th from 9am to 11am. This is a family-friendly event! Donuts and water will be provided! Tasks may include cleaning, sweeping, mucking dry lots, dusting, bringing up hay, pulling weeds, and other barn chores.  Lucky 7 for tickets to Dollywood’s Splash Country   A video is going viral of a man yelling at a father who had taken his two young daughters into the women’s bathroom of a gas station. The father explained that he made sure no one was in the bathroom before going in, and that he didn’t want his young girls in a men’s restroom. The other man was so angry that he called the police! Thankfully, the police, store manager, and most of the internet are all on the dad’s side.   Nancy is very ashamed of how she treated her 13-year-old son, Ben, over the weekend. He was trying to be goofy, and she got very mad at him and used some harsh words. She realized that she had been tired and hangry when that happened and felt terrible about it. Nancy was annoyed that she had to drive behind someone going 30mph in a 40mph zone. She wants to at least go the speed limit, if not faster!  In honor of Father’s Day, we shared some of our favorite “dad” quotes from our dads and from listeners’ dads.   Hot Tea: Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO have both spoken out about their divorce. Jelly said that he and Bunnie are still great friends, and there was no cheating going on. Bunnie explained what happened in their relationship, said Jelly is already dating, and they are still going to have a baby together.   We did a contest called “My Daddy’s So Country...” where people called in to tell stories about their country dads. The winner got four tickets to Dollywood’s Splash Country for Water Safety Day!  Nancy Facetimed Karly while babysitting her grandson last night. Karly gave an impersonation of Nancy talking to her as if she was the baby.   Lucky 7 for $50 to The Diner at Twister’s  We played the telephone game, where we our dads and repeated whatever the other person told us to. It went south QUICKLY.  Less than a week after being accused of cheating someone on Facebook Marketplace, Nancy became the accuser. She accused a woman of scamming her because she kept having to change the meeting time.
