Every school today should actually be a 21st century school which means that learning is centered around the 21st century skills popularly called the 4Cs. Every lesson should lead to the impartation, development and deployment of collaboration, communication, critical thinking and creativity skills. School owners and administrators need to review their learning systems to ensure that there is alignment with the 4Cs.
