Theresa Goh is a former Paralympic Swimmer from Singapore. She represented her country in various international competitions for 20 years before retiring in late 2019. She believes her success has been largely due to the strong family support she has. Theresa participated in 4 Paralympic Games (Athens 2004, Beijing 2008, London 2012, and Rio 2016) and was the first female Singaporean swimmer to qualify for the Paralympics in 2004. Theresa is one of a kind she has her soul in the right place.

David Gillman was bullied and harassed at school. At the age of twelve he sat down with a gun with a plan to take his own life. In this candid conversation David shares that part of his life story, but also provides plenty of hope, along with a lot of tips for people who might be struggling. We talk about how dancing lead him to the love of his life, and how clay shooting provided a safer and more peaceful relationship with a guns.
