Exercising every day vs exercising 1x week. Which is better? Drinking water vs not drinking water. Which is better? - For years, Fitness persons have extolled the value of these things for being extra important. But ARE THEY? - - Ok, yes. Brown rice has more vitamins and minerals than white rice (which is the same thing, with the husk polished off) BUT....brown rice also has “anti-nutrients”, which bind to vitamins and tender them unavailable to your body. - - YES, brown rice is also a lower glycemic carb, fine. But WHEN was the last time you ate just a bowl of white rice with no other food? You generally combine rice with other foods like meat, beans, veggies, or meat - which slows the digestion anyways. - - AGAIN, This is an example of the things that we obsess over👇 [https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/emoji.php/v9/t4f/1/16/1f447.png]👇 [https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/emoji.php/v9/t4f/1/16/1f447.png] -sleeping 7+ hours -drinking your bw in oz of water -exercising every day instead of that, we NEED to start thinking about state of our mind and our heart at this very moment. - Do you have all that locked down? Great, still don’t worry about rice, because at the end of the day there’s no perceivable difference. So...eat whichever you like better!
