Jacques Theron - Breathwork Facilitator Jacques was born in Australia in 1971. He has degrees in Architecture and psychology/languages. Since 1996 he has been working as a Breathwork Facilitator, trained as a Rebirther. He has a continued and active interest in astrology, mythology, shamanic practices and oil painting. Jacques’ focus in sessions and workshops is to facilitate inner transformation geared towards concrete shifts in day-to-day life - thus allowing greater well-being, purposeful existence and spiritual growth. Meagan Lynn Pilawski - Episode 50 - MCST 2021 Candidate, Patient Advocate

Meagan is an MCST 2021 Candidate in the inaugural class. She previously worked as an oncology/palliative care nurse but her career was put to a halt when her progressive MS diagnosis turned into a cycle of medications and bad habits. Through perseverance and finding what works for her, she has gotten off all pharmaceuticals, has found work in the industry, and has found that cannabis has become a necessary tool on her spiritual journey as well. Zappy is a well-known psychedelic advocate whose film "The Reality Of Truth" has been seen by millions of viewers. It is projected that in the near future more than one million people will have journeyed inside their minds using master healing plants as a direct result of watching the film. As an advocate, Zappy penned a January 2017 full page ad in the New York Times asking President Trump to make the opiate epidemic a first 100 days issue. The letter provided scientific studies related to using low-dose ketamine treatments for depression and ibogaine to break heroin and meth addictions.   Zappy is a regular guest of the media. Viridiana Edward - NurseMARK - Episode 47

Episode 47 - Viridiana Edwards   Viridiana (Vee)is a born and raised El Paso Texas native. At the age of 17 she joined the U.S. Army. In 2009, she received orders to deploy to Kandahar, Afghanistan. In June of 2015, Viridiana received a medical retirement from the U.S. Army after 10 years of service due to injuries that were sustained while serving in Afghanistan from 2009-2010.    Viridiana sought treatment for her injuries with The Department of Veterans Affairs. Unfortunately, she was prescribed pharmaceutical medications that ended up harming her instead of helping her. Following her husbands advice, Viridiana looked to CBD for help and found relief. Viridiana began making her own CBD products at home that helped her significantly. As a result, CannaVi Hemp was founded. Currently Viridiana is in the nations first M.S. in Medical Cannabis Science and Therapeutics with The University of Maryland, Baltimore. Viridiana recently also designed a Texas resident medical cannabis study. The results from her study will be shared with The Foundation for Informed Texas and Texas Veterans for Medical Marijauana access and legislators in an effort empower them with educated and compassionate decisions regarding medical cannabis access in Texas.   Takeaways: Vee’s personal story of finding cannabis as an effective alternative to pharmaceuticals after battlefield injury while serving our country in Afghanistan.
