This episode is just me having a little chat about my recent diagnosis with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) and how I have dealt with the diagnosis and how I am moving forward with it in the future.

This episode is a really raw and emotional episode where I talk all about my mental health and how I have been feeling. I talk about how it is ok to reach out for help, step out of situations and put yourself and your mental wellbeing first.

Music has been such a huge part of my life and I wanted to share with you all some of my favourite music moments and memories.

I am so excited to upload this as it is my first episode with someone! I speak to Izzy and we discuss all things friendship and school. Apologies in advance for the awful sound quality but this was due to our environment. Stay safe and enjoy!
